Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We do not ship outside the US yet.

Orders leave our studio in Suffield, Connecticut within 3–5 days of being placed. Delivery usually takes a few more days after that, depending on where you are.

Connecticut sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipped within Connecticut.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, as long as it is unused and in the condition it arrived in.

To start a return, email us at hello@housealba.com with your name and order details, and we will send you the address to ship it back to.

Return shipping is paid by you. Once the item reaches us, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at hello@housealba.com within 30 days — with a photo, if it was damaged. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping, at no cost to you.
